About the Role As a Senior Data Analyst you will lead complex analyses that inform strategic decisions across our delivery operations fundraising and product teams. You will provide clean reliable and actionable insights that enable our teams and partners to act on real-world data from the field. We would like to see a minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced analytics role in similar environments for this role. In this role you will work closely with data scientists project managers and global health partners to improve the efficiency and impact of our projects. You’ll help Simprints and its funders understand patterns of biometric usage drive operational excellence and shape strategic decisions with evidence-backed insights. You should be comfortable building robust queries and models creating dashboards analysing complex datasets and building reporting mechanisms that guide teams to data-driven decisions. Department Overview Primary Function: The Delivery team at Simprints is responsible for the successful implementation of our biometric solutions in the field. They work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly meeting both technical and operational requirements to deliver maximum impact. The Role As a PPC Executive you’ll play a key role in executing and optimising paid media campaigns across search shopping display and (optionally) paid social. Reporting to the Head of Client Success you’ll be responsible for building analysing and refining campaigns that support the full customer journey — from acquisition through to conversion. This is a remote-first role offering the freedom to work from anywhere as long as you're available within 7am–7pm UK time. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan implement and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads Shopping YouTube and GDN. Reporting & Analysis: Create and deliver insight-led reports using Data Studio and other platforms to inform performance and strategic direction. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Client Success and wider digital team to align campaign delivery with client objectives. Innovation: Stay informed on platform changes industry trends and new technologies to identify growth opportunities. Paid Social (not essential): Contribute to paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn (experience preferred but not essential). What We're Looking For ### Experience: 2+ years’ hands-on PPC experience ideally in an agency or performance-focused environment. Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing and how paid media interacts with other channels. Experience with Google Tag Manager Google Shopping Data Studio and Google Ads. ### Skills: A high sense of curiosity – you're not afraid to dig into the ""why"" behind performance trends Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work towards performance metrics and budgets. Confident interpreting campaign data and translating it into actionable strategies. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal. Familiarity with attribution models and forecasting.
