About the role We’re looking for a self-starting highly energetic Customer Success professional based in the USA who is passionate about voice technology. We don’t just sell a product we’re building a community of highly engaged people that want to partner with us for the long term. We love listening to our clients to support them with a top-notch onboarding daily management and value extraction experience. In this role you will: Manage an enterprise book of business of about 20 accounts Partner on the development of ElevenLabs’ Customer Success playbook that helps us scale to $500M+ in ARR supporting 1000s of enterprises. Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients to drive their success. Play a key role in onboarding clients and defining the best practices across the world. Measure and improve customer satisfaction & experience. Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion. Own your NRR + customer health KPIs and track them against the company goals. Requirements 3-7 years of previous experience in Customer Success in a SaaS fast-paced organization. A strong scalability and customer excellence mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization. Excellent problem-solving technical and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns. About the role We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter Account Executive in Brazil who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions we are partnering with organizations to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement automation or cost efficiency Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape including customer use cases competitive solutions and emerging trends Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support virtual agents in-app assistants and more Requirements 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company focused on the Enterprise segment ideally with exposure to AI generative AI LLM-based products or API platforms Experience selling technical solutions to product engineering or innovation teams is a strong plus with the proven ability to manage complex negotiations across multiple stakeholders Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction & scale Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances fluency in English is also required Proven ability to craft tailored proposals and ROI analyses that effectively demonstrate how our solutions solve enterprise-scale challenges #LI-Remote
