The Team Our Corporate Finance team is an emerging practice with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong ambitions for rapid growth. We are currently looking for an Intern to join our team in Leeds. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects and be involved across the entire transaction lifecycle. You will be part of deal execution in sectors such as Consumer Healthcare Business Services Technology Real Estate Energy and Sports. At A&M Corporate Finance EMEA our unique delivery model ensures that junior team members gain direct exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors allowing for accelerated learning and career development. As an Intern you will work closely with experienced team members and gain valuable on-the-job training across a wide range of assignments. How you will contribute As an Intern you will support the team in various aspects of deal execution and business development including: Support deal execution and financial modelling Prepare marketing materials and pitch documents Conduct market company and buyer/target research Monitor data rooms and supporting day-to-day on transactions Help prepare client presentations Supporting other ad hoc team activities as needed Qualifications Currently enrolled at university on-track for a 2:1 (minimum second year) or equivalent Strong interest in M&A and Corporate Finance Analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong communication and Excel skills Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced high-pressure situations Fluent in English other European languages are a plus Your journey at A&M We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person's unique professional and personal development.
