Everything that makes you unique is welcome join us and let’s build what’s next - together!Executive Assistant to VP of Sales (3 VPs) Based in Paris or London (with travel to the office 2 days per week required) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive PA support to three senior sales leaders located across Europe (France Switzerland and Germany). Your Impact This is a critical role that requires a high degree of professionalism discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner—anticipating needs managing diaries and travel arrangements and liaising with contacts at client organisations. Key Responsibilities Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain the VPs of Sales’ complex calendars including scheduling internal and external meetings appointments and travel. Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts. Communication: Prepare communications for both internal and external audiences. Meeting Support: Assist in the set-up of sales meetings and other events including creating agendas preparing materials and managing follow-up activities. Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel plans itineraries and accommodations for the VPs of Sales. Data and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sales reports dashboards and presentations for senior leadership. Expense Management: Process and submit expense reports for the VPs of Sales in a timely and accurate manner. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Your Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant ideally supporting senior-level executives in a sales or fast-paced corporate environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Fluency in French and English is essential. An additional EU language would be an advantage (ideally German or Italian). Proficient in using Mac and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) as well as CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). High proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams and collaboration tools such as Slack. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A proactive can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently. Experience in a sales environment and an understanding of sales processes is a significant advantage.
