Pré-requisitos: Capacidade de conduzir aulas dinâmicas usando communicative approach desde os primeiros encontros mesmo com iniciantes. Disponibilidade especialmente para aulas noturnas e aos sábados (maior demanda). Porém temos alunos fazendo aula desde manhã cedo (7h) e até à noite (21h30). Inglês em nível de conversação avançada: não exigimos certificação mas é fundamental ter segurança e vocabulário para atender alunos do básico ao avançado. Experiência com aulas online será considerada um diferencial. Remuneração: R$4000 por hora (Não é hora aula! É proporcional ao tempo da aula: se forem aulas de 45min recebe o proporcional assim como se forem aulas de 1h30 etc.). Contratação: • Regime MEI com emissão de NF (obrigatório). Caso ainda não tenha MEI poderá participar do processo seletivo mas será necessário abrir antes da efetivação. Contrato de 12 meses. Processo seletivo: 1. Entrevista online com recruiter. 2. Real opportunity to fill your schedule: the more hours you make available the more students we can assign to you. Requirements: Ability to conduct engaging lessons using the communicative approach from the very first session even with beginners. Availability especially for evening classes and Saturdays (highest demand). However we also have students taking lessons as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9:30 p.m. Advanced conversational English: certification is not required but you must be confident and have the vocabulary to teach students from beginner to advanced levels. Prior experience teaching online is a plus. Compensation: R$40.00 per hour (not “per class”! Payment is proportional to the length of the lesson: for example 45-min sessions or 1.5-hour sessions are calculated accordingly). Contract: MEI with NF invoice issuance (mandatory).
