| Description | Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Austin Texas Industry: Real Estate – Multifamily About the Role: Our client a growing real estate investment fund based in Austin is seeking a Financial Analyst with a strict background in real estate specifically multifamily assets. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong financial modeling skills and a passion for real estate investment analysis. Key Responsibilities: Build maintain and improve detailed financial models for multifamily acquisitions developments and dispositions Analyze property-level and portfolio-level performance metrics Support underwriting of new investment opportunities and present findings to senior leadership Conduct market research and comparable asset analysis to support investment decisions Assist in the preparation of investment memos and materials for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with asset management acquisitions and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting Participate in due diligence processes and support transaction execution Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate financial analysis with a strict focus on multifamily assets Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Deep understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR equity multiple cash-on-cash etc.) Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Experience in Argus or other real estate modeling tools is a plus No experience outside the real estate industry will be considered for this role Location: This is a full-time position based in Austin Texas .
