| Description | Job Description: As a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial platforms. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test plans validating complex transaction flows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold our high standards for performance and compliance. You’ll be responsible for: Designing and executing test cases for web and mobile platforms Validating complex financial workflows including payment gateways KYC and compliance flows Collaborating with developers product managers and other QAs to ensure test coverage Leading bug triage sessions and mentoring junior testers Creating test documentation and contributing to QA process improvements Requirements: 3+ years of manual QA experience preferably in FinTech or banking systems Strong understanding of financial transaction flows APIs and data validation Experience with tools like Jira TestRail Postman and browser dev tools Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g. PCI-DSS AML GDPR) is a plus Excellent analytical and communication skills Familiary with i.NET applications 💼 What We Offer A collaborative mission-driven team Exposure to cutting-edge FinTech products Career development and mentorship Flexible work setup and performance-based incentives |
