Description | About the Role: We’re looking for a Technical Analyst (EDI & Integrations) to join our growing global IT team and help deliver seamless reliable integration solutions that connect CEF’s systems with our customers suppliers and third-party platforms. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting and onboarding EDI integrations resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of both integrated and non-integrated platforms. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced varied environment where no two tickets are the same — supporting critical business processes collaborating with multiple stakeholders and helping to shape the future of our EDI landscape as we move towards a new managed service model. ### What You'll Do: Support and configure CEF’s proprietary EDI integrated solutions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage and resolve ITSD tickets and customer queries ranging from quick fixes to complex investigations. Onboard new EDI connections and support post-onboarding issues for customers and suppliers. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders Assist in the migration to a new 3rd Party EDI Managed Service and support pre-integration third-party platforms. Use Jira (or similar) to manage workloads maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of issues. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and maintain strong customer relationships. ### What You'll Bring Must haves: Significant experience onboarding and supporting standard EDI technologies (e.g. Tradacoms EDIFACT X12 XML SFTP). Proficiency in SQL for investigating and resolving technical issues. Experience in implementation 1st or 2nd line support or integration project roles. Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred background in supply chain or logistics environments. Nice to haves: Experience with Punchout onboarding and troubleshooting. Knowledge of API integrations and EDI protocols. Exposure to platforms such as SAP Ariba Coupa Tradex or Procurement Wizard. Familiarity with Java Delphi or other engineering/development languages. Understanding of onboarding integrations into ERP/back-office systems (e.g. Epicor Dynamics). ### Location This role is a remote-first position with occasional travel to the Janet Nash House in Durham and other CEF locations as required. ### Why Join Us?
