Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance. Engage in adult education initiatives offering workshops or classes for adult learners as needed. Foster positive relationships with students parents and colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding academic performance. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. Experience Proven experience in teaching or tutoring preferably in a classroom setting. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline while encouraging student participation. Experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds including childcare experience if applicable. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey information to students and parents alike. Familiarity with adult education principles is a plus but not required.
