We are looking for a OPS Application & AI Developer As an experienced Pytnon Developer you customize and maintain our ERP platform hosted on Odoosh. You will be responsible for developing custom modules integrating third-party tools optimizing workflows and supporting our internal teams with technical solutions. This role requires both backend development expertise and a good understanding of Odoo.sh deployment practices. An idea of what’s ahead of you: Develop and customize Odoo modules (backend and frontend) Work with Odoo.sh (branches staging deployments logs) Customize views reports forms and dashboards using XML and QWeb Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g. payment gateways eCommerce APIs) Integrate Odoo with third-party communication and ticketing platforms (e.g. Intercom) via APIs as the main CRM system Support ongoing enhancements and bug fixing You will report to the Operational Lead while working closely with and in the product team: keeping pace with the full development roadmap that are defined based on business requirements & a clear project strategy ensuring proper version control and documentation for custom developments performing unit and functional testing for developed modules What we expect Soft skills Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility Result-driven with a high hands-on problem-solving mentality and a strong attention to detail Independent worker who loves a good discussion with teammates to provide the best solution Able to provide clarity on complex topics and to communicate effectively within and outside the team with technical and non-technical stakeholders Technical skills Required Proficient in Python 3 and Odoo ORM Experience with Odoo (v14–v18+) Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database Experience with Odoo.sh workflows and GitHub integration Familiarity with XML and QWeb templating Basic frontend knowledge: HTML CSS JavaScript Good debugging and problem-solving skills Experience creating and modifying custom modules Comfortable working with Git and version control Valuable Experience with Intercom Experience with Odoo functional modules: Sales Inventory Accounting CRM etc. Familiarity with Odoo Web (OWL framework) and advanced JS Experience with eCommerce Website Builder or POS Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD practices Ability to create custom reports and data exports (Excel/CSV) Integration with platforms like Shopify WooCommerce or external APIs Experience with Flutter Location and language: This can be a fully remote or a hybrid position whichever you prefer (office location in Antwerp Belgium).
