| Description | Job Description: Oracle Utilities CC&B Developer About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and hands-on development experience in CC&B for a minimum of 4 years. The candidate will beresponsible for CC&B production system incident resolution application management support as part of production operations designing developing and implementing solutions that support business processes for regulatory compliance ensuring scalability reliability and compliance with industry standards and future state adoption with migration to CCS. Key Responsibilities - Incident resolution and customize Oracle Utilities CC&B applications using OUAF Java Groovy IWS and Oracle SQL/PLSQL. - Implement configurations for billing customer service and payment modules within CC&B. - Develop business objects algorithms plug-ins service scripts interfaces and batch jobs. - Perform system integration with external applications such as CIS MOM MWM AMI and Payment Gateways using integration platforms such as SGG SOA or OIC - Support CC&B upgrades and enhancements. - Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot application defects optimize performance and ensure high-quality code delivery. - Participate in code reviews unit testing and system testing. - Perform unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing. - Provide production support resolve issues and ensure system stability.
