| Description | Title: In-House Counsel – Web3 & Consumer Technologies Location: Remote Compensation: $120000/YR About the Role We are seeking an accomplished In-House Counsel with deep expertise in Web3 and emerging consumer technologies. This role is critical in ensuring compliance managing risk and shaping the legal foundation of next-generation products and services. The ideal candidate combines sharp legal judgment with a strong grasp of the evolving regulatory landscape around digital assets platforms and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide legal guidance across product technology and commercial initiatives Draft review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including licensing vendor and partnership contracts Develop policies and frameworks that ensure compliance with global regulations governing digital assets and consumer technologies Advise leadership on risk mitigation intellectual property data privacy and consumer protection matters Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering and operations teams to support rapid growth while protecting long-term business interests Preferred Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar 6+ years of experience including time at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a leading technology company Demonstrated expertise in Web3 digital assets blockchain or consumer-facing platforms Proven ability to navigate complex ambiguous regulatory environments Strong contract negotiation skills and experience with both commercial and technology transactions Exceptional communication discretion and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time Contract Pay: From $120000.00 per year Work Location: Remote |
