The Sales Operations team works closely with the Funko Sales team to provide an excellent Customer experience to our Wholesale / Retail customers. The Pricing Analyst role is to manage all aspects of the administration of pricing within Funko's ERP systems to ensure every item within Funko's vast portfolio are correctly priced across a multitude of retailers/distributors and shipping methods. The role partners with the Sales and Order Entry Teams with close working relationships with other departments in the organization such as Product Development Finance and Marketing. Your Superpowers in Action · Assist with pricing updates within the Navision ERP for new items being launched to market for Mondo Funko and Loungefly business units including both D2C and B2B channels. · Collaborate with Finance Merchandising Sales Sourcing and Marketing teams to ensure Pricing is aligned with market and compliant with SoX. · Work with internal teams to perform scrubs internal audits and risk assessment in 25+ Navision pricebooks. · When needed process data after hours to ensure price updates are made during non-peak hours to avoid table locks for the Order Entry team. · Working with Sales team to ensure customer specific pricing is defined and maintained within Navision · Completing amendments of existing pricing where requested due to a change in strategy and/or customer negotiated rates · Working with Sales and other departments to create discount codes · Generate change logs as they relate to Customer Specific Pricing and Customer Price Groups to portray the accurate history of Product Line prices. · Ensure SoX Compliance is followed as defined by audit controls and approval matrices. · Lead training sessions as they relate to Pricing processes and pricebook migrations for teams across Loungefly Mondo and Funko. · Attend meetings relating to pricebook processes to provide a Service and Pricing assessment of needed changes. · Lend expertise to VP’s and IT teams to perform data validation orderbook triage and integrity testing as needed. · Provide day-in review of Orderbooks to spotcheck for inaccuracies and give insight to OE teams regarding appropriate pricing guidelines. · Upkeep of the Pricing inbox ensuring queries are answered and resolved within the determined SLAs · Maintaining clear and concise records within the multiple Pricing master excel documents. Word: track changes templates PowerPoint: creation of presentations. SharePoint navigation and functionality) Salary Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27-34 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications skills competencies and experience and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
