| Description | We’re looking for experienced PHP developers to join a high-impact project focused on modernizing training and learning management systems. Key Responsibilities Custom Development: Adapt existing PHP-based applications for deployment to Microsoft Azure Cloud Design and develop new features based on business requirements and user stories Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to enhance usability and user experience Optimize performance security and code quality Conduct accessibility testing (e.g. screen readers) Produce technical and user documentation Provide effort estimates and contribute to sprint planning Set development standards and track software metrics Prototype solutions and deliver training to system administrators Maintenance & Technical Support: Perform adaptive maintenance to ensure compatibility with system upgrades and infrastructure changes Resolve bugs vulnerabilities and performance issues Implement preventive measures to avoid future failures Act as 2nd and 3rd line technical support Maintain documentation and collaborate on evolving business needs Acceptance Criteria Maintenance covers all software layers and components 90% of bugs and issues resolved by end of each sprint Deliverables must meet quality standards and configuration tracking All feedback and defects must be documented and addressed Application Requirements CV in the provided template Signed declarations (templates and instructions available) All mandatory qualifications must be met If you're a PHP developer ready to take on a meaningful challenge with a competitive rate and a clear roadmap we’d love to hear from you.
