Description | We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent . In this role you’ll listen actively explain coverage options clearly and ensure every client feels informed and confident in their decisions. You will provide expert guidance build lasting relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls taking the appropriate action based on the caller’s needs. Educate plan participants employees and other callers about their benefits to help them make informed decisions. Meet customer satisfaction goals and call center performance metrics. Use company and client policies to resolve issues when possible or escalate to management as needed. Accurately input and update caller information across multiple systems. Ensure all communications comply with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: Life & Health Insurance License (required) High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Experience in a call center high-volume customer service retail banking pension/retirement plan administration or benefits administration. Open enrollment experience preferred Must have internet and hardwire capabilities and equipment (we will provide the software) Strong computer skills excellent communication abilities and a professional solutions-focused demeanor. High attention to detail reliability and accuracy. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Maintain flexibility to work between 8 AM – 8 PM Monday through Friday.
