| Description | Overview Language Advantage is expanding and we're currently seeking French English and Spanish instructors for online (and possibly on-site) positions in the Sydney Melbourne and Perth areas. Responsibilities Provide high quality instruction to adult learners in an online environment Develop customized language program for learners based on their language assessment results Prepare comprehensive weekly lesson plans monthly development plans and teaching materials tailored to the specific language and industry needs of the learners Provide ongoing feedback to the learner and adjust the lessons and methods to meet the learner’s needs Prepare comprehensive progress reports at the end of the program reflecting learners’ progress made against the objectives defined at the beginning of the program Provide a safe and supportive learning environment Requirements Bachelor's degree/Certificate in education/languages or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Business English French Spanish to corporate clients (or as foreign language) to adults. Business experience in Australia and/or abroad is an asset.
