They are seeking a junior candidate to support their expanding asset management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing management and performance optimization of the firm’s real estate portfolio. Responsibilities will span across financial analysis portfolio reporting tenant and lease management and supporting value-add initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and financial modeling skills a solid grounding in corporate finance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role provides the opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple asset classes contribute to strategic decision-making and support the delivery of sustainable value creation for investors. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of a diversified real estate portfolio across multiple asset classes. Monitor asset performance including financial reporting rent collections leasing activity and operating expenses. Assist in the preparation of asset- and portfolio-level business plans budgets and forecasts. Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to evaluate performance against underwriting and identify value-add opportunities. Support lease negotiations tenant relations and property management oversight to enhance long-term value. Prepare regular investor reports and presentations highlighting performance risks and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with senior asset managers on implementing capital improvement projects and operational efficiencies. Qualifications 1–3 years of real estate asset management property management investment analysis or related experience. Strong financial modeling budgeting and analytical skills. Familiarity with lease structures property operations and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Team-oriented proactive and eager to learn within a dynamic investment environment.
