| Description | We are looking for a proactive and driven professional who can connect with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and other finance professionals onboard them onto our platform and build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to Chartered Accountants and finance professionals to join the platform. Explain FindYourCA’s value proposition and handle any queries. Successfully onboard professionals by guiding them through the listing process. Maintain detailed records of outreach and onboarded professionals. Work towards achieving monthly onboarding targets. Collaborate with the internal team for seamless execution. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English & Hindi regional languages are a plus). Confident in phone-based outreach and building rapport. Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Prior experience in business development or inside sales is a plus (but freshers with good skills can apply). Organized and self-motivated. Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹18000 – ₹22000/month (based on experience). Variable Incentive ₹300 – ₹500 per successfully onboarded professional (uncapped earnings). Example: If 50 professionals are onboarded in a month @₹400 each you earn ₹20000 in incentives. Total monthly earnings: ₹38000 – ₹42000/month.
