DescriptionAccount Coordinator - Loyalty Marketing Agency - WFH - Contract This is a work-from-home contractor role designed for a highly capable and organised individual. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional administrative and operational support to our team and clients all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our team and work collaboratively across a range of client accounts in Australia and New Zealand. This role is crucial in supporting the seamless execution of client programs and the day-to-day management of client relationships. It is a highly operational role that blends administrative support with project coordination ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented highly organised and passionate about supporting a team. You will have broad exposure to all facets of program management and will be supported by a strong and experienced team committed to your development. What You'll Be Doing: Client Program & Communications Support: Assist in the execution of client communication plans including overseeing EDM templates and content. You will be a key point of contact for daily client enquiries helping to resolve challenges and escalating as needed. Administrative & Operational Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support for the account team including setting up meetings writing meeting minutes and tracking action items. You will also manage communication content calendars coordinate online purchases and work with merchants to fulfil reward offerings. Project & Implementation Support: Assist with the implementation of new programs and enhancements working with the account team to ensure timelines are met. You will also help with various ad-hoc requests and provide support to our client program's member service agent queries. Data & Reporting Support: Assist in preparing and analysing basic data to support program measurement and help prepare for client reviews. You will help gather information on account health and business trends to contribute to regular client calls. What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Solid skills in Google Workspace (intermediate level). Experience in a support role within a corporate or marketing agency environment. Excellent time management administrative skills and a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. A good understanding of spreadsheets.
