The ideal candidate will not only contribute to iOS app development but also guide and mentor the internal development team ensuring best practices code quality and smooth delivery of features. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design develop and deploy iOS applications. Guide and mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards. Provide architectural and technical direction for iOS projects. Troubleshoot debug and optimize app performance. Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks tools and industry trends. Coordinate with backend and frontend teams for seamless integration. Share best practices development workflows and scalable approaches. Requirements Proven experience as an iOS Developer (5+ years preferred). Strong expertise in Swift SwiftUI UIKit Xcode and iOS frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs Firebase and third-party integrations. Solid understanding of App Store guidelines and deployment process. Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to guide/mentor a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Freelance availability with flexible working hours. Nice to Have Experience with Objective-C (legacy support). Knowledge of React Native or Flutter (for cross-platform guidance). Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
