About the role We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who can own the execution and optimization of our email marketing and marketing automation programs from start to finish. You’ll design and build campaigns manage automation workflows ensure data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver programs that drive engagement pipeline and customer success. This is a senior individual contributor role — ideal for someone who loves being hands-on thrives in a fast-moving environment and can work independently while collaborating across teams. What you'll do Email campaign management & execution Work closely with the demand gen team and other key stakeholders across the business on our email execution and strategy delivering targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing event promotion customer communications and product updates Create behavioral and demographic segmentations to deliver the right message to the right audience Design build and maintain email templates that follow brand guidelines and optimize for deliverability and engagement Create and run A/B tests regularly on subject lines content CTAs and send times to improve open and click-through rates Provide regular email reporting analysis and recommendations to the content and demand-gen teams for continuous improvement Marketing Automation & Workflows Set up and monitor form submissions registration confirmations and reminder email sequences across web content download workflows webinars and events Conduct pre-deploy UAT to ensure that all campaigns are free of typos errors and/or broken links Develop documentation and roadmaps for marketing automation processes so others can easily learn and help execute Connect Hubspot to other technology and help evaluate options as we build out our tech stack Monitor HubSpot>Salesforce integration for errors sync issues data quality problems escalating or resolving as needed Qualifications 3+ years managing email marketing and marketing automation in a B2B SaaS environment Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in HubSpot plus familiarity with Salesforce CRM Strong understanding of email best practices: deliverability segmentation testing personalization and compliance (CAN-SPAM GDPR) Experience supporting webinars and virtual event registration processes with ON24 or equivalent integrations Excellent attention to detail and communication skills with ability to train document and enable others on Hubspot best practices Self-starter that is eager to try new ideas and take on projects with little direction staying up to date on the latest trends in email marketing email design and the newest HubSpot features and integrations Proficiency in HTML Excel webinar and event platforms such as ON24 and Cvent Familiarity with B2B SaaS buyer journeys and lead nurturing strategies Adaptable to change and ability to move fast in a high growth environment Benefits and Incentives Competitive Base and Incentive Plan Stock Options Health and Welfare Plans Life and Disability Plans Retirement Plan Unlimited Flexible Paid Time Off including your birthday off!
