Description | About the Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Support employer branding activities such as job postings and recruitment campaigns. Assist in pre-onboarding processes (document collection follow-ups etc.). Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools (preferred but not mandatory). Good organizational and time-management skills.
