What You’ll Be Doing: Cold calling property owners and potential sellers Researching properties using county records GIS maps and Zillow Identifying off-market and distressed properties Sending follow-up emails and managing property lead lists Using online tools to track property status and ownership details Working closely with our team to help close deals Receiving support guidance and opportunity to build equity in projects What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic Comfortable with spreadsheets online research and real estate tools (Zillow county assessor records etc.) Prior experience in real estate lead generation or sales is a plus (but not required—we train hungry talent!)
