| Description | Design develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright with JavaScript. Implement and maintain BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks (e.g. Cucumber.js). Collaborate with developers QA engineers and product managers to understand requirements and create robust test plans. Automate regression test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. Perform functional regression and integration testing on Magento-based web applications. Debug troubleshoot and fix automation script failures. Maintain test documentation and automation best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation. Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation tools. Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber.js SpecFlow or similar). Practical knowledge of Magento e-commerce platform (frontend/UI testing). Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira TestRail). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI). Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS DOM REST APIs). Good to Have: Knowledge of API automation tools (Postman REST Assured). Understanding of performance testing concepts. Experience in cross-browser and mobile automation testing.
