| Description | Job Title: Guidewire QA Tester (Remote) Client: Cincinnati Financial Location: Remote (USA) Experience Required: 7+ Years Employment Type: Contract (as per client requirement) Job Description: Cincinnati Financial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire QA Tester to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA testing within Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter) and a strong understanding of the P&C insurance domain. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can independently own the QA lifecycle drive test automation and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter) Conduct manual and automated testing to validate system functionality and performance Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to ensure quality standards are met Perform regression integration system and UAT testing Track and log defects and follow through to resolution Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives) Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements Provide timely and accurate QA status reporting Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites Required Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years of QA experience with at least 5+ years in Guidewire testing Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter Experience in Guidewire Digital Portal testing is a plus Proven background in manual and automation testing Proficiency in Selenium TestNG Cucumber or similar automation tools Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certifications (Required or Strongly Preferred): Guidewire Certified (PolicyCenter BillingCenter or ClaimCenter) ISTQB or other QA-related certifications are a plus Nice to Have: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git etc.) Knowledge of insurance domain standards Experience working with JIRA ALM or similar test management tools Benefits: Fully remote opportunity Competitive compensation Opportunity to work with a leading insurance client Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-level projects Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.46 - $38.09 per hour Work Location: Remote |
