| Description | Responsibilities: Develop and lead the company's legal strategy to protect corporate interests Oversee legal services execution in alignment with company objectives Review all documents contracts and legal environment changes to assess policy impact Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Provide expert advice on legal company secretarial regulatory and compliance matters Participate in negotiations draft and review agreements while managing legal documentation Assist with company secretarial functions and manage external lawyers/third parties Monitor legal/regulatory changes affecting business operations Establish compliance framework including implementation reporting and remedial actions Requirements: Law degree or equivalent qualification required Minimum 1 year relevant experience Full professional fluency in Cantonese Mandarin and English (written & spoken) Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law End-to-end contract management experience Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Team player who meets deadlines without compromising quality Proactive with ability to work independently under pressure Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Adaptable to cross-regional/cultural communications Application Notes: Only fluent Cantonese speakers may apply Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview Work Arrangement: Remote (Work from Home) Company Background Unicorn Creative Limited is a Hong Kong-based IT company expanding globally with 60 employees including 20 in Malaysia.
