| Description | A fast-moving Web3 product team is hiring a Mid-Level Backend Engineer with real EVM/Web3 production experience. We build and run wallet and on-chain services used by high-traffic crypto apps and you’ll ship APIs that talk to Ethereum and L2s every day. This is a remote full-time role. Core collaboration happens on Eastern Time (ET) but we’re flexible for the right candidate. What you’ll do Build/own services in Node.js/TypeScript or Go. Send txs manage nonces/gas handle reorgs keep flows idempotent. Index on-chain events and keep data in sync (Postgres Redis). Design clean REST/gRPC with auth rate limits retries. Add metrics/alerts write tests keep CI/CD green light on-call. Must-have 3–5 yrs backend incl. 1–2+ yrs EVM/Web3 in prod. Strong in Node/TS or Go solid SQL. Hands-on with RPC (HTTP/WS) tx lifecycle event subs. You write tests by default and can show an incident you fixed—cause → fix → prevention. Clear written English. Nice-to-haves Can read Solidity L2 exposure (OP/Arbitrum/Base/zk). Basics of key management (KMS/HSM) and perf tuning. Recruiting Flow 1.
