At Five Star Bath Solutions we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by making out-bound calls to warm leads confirming appointments managing the calendar and providing top-notch support. We provide warm leads—your job is to get them booked. And when the appointment sells you get a bonus on top of your base pay. What You’ll Do: Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads Confirm existing appointments with clients via phone calls emails or other communication channels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database. Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-driven & motivated Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Prior experience in customer service account management or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
