DescriptionOverview: The Director of Advancement is a foundational role in the launch of A.S.P.I.R.E. CLE ensuring that our start-up initiative is built on strong partnerships and well-organized internal systems. As we establish ourselves in the community this volunteer will be vital in laying the groundwork for how the program operates collaborates and grows. Why This Role is Essential: Because A.S.P.I.R.E. CLE is in its early stages this Director will serve as a bridge-builder and systems shaper. They will help create the internal processes that keep the organization running smoothly while also developing relationships with external partners who will amplify our mission. This role ensures that A.S.P.I.R.E. CLE doesn’t just launch — it thrives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen partnerships with schools nonprofits community organizations and local leaders. Establish internal systems and workflows (communication documentation volunteer onboarding program tracking). Identify gaps in start-up infrastructure and recommend solutions. Coordinate with other Directors to ensure consistency and integration across programs operations and communications. Serve as a strategic advisor to the Founder helping to align immediate needs with long-term growth. Lay the foundation for future advancement efforts positioning A.S.P.I.R.E.
