Description | VANRATH are currently recruiting an Account Manager for a Digital Asset Manager for creative teams. This role would suit someone coming from an agency / creative background. Responsibilities: As our Account Manager you'll be the friendly face of the company for our customers making sure they're getting real value from our platform spotting opportunities for growth and keeping relationships warm. You'll work closely with the founder and the operations team to: Manage and strengthen existing client relationships and increase engagement Onboard new customers with care and attention Understand customer challenges and recommend product features to address them Provide feedback to the business on customer needs and issues Support customers in adopting the latest solutions and product innovations Develop growth plans for key accounts driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities Maintain accurate account and sales records Collaborate across Sales Support Ops Development and Marketing Minimise churn and champion customer loyalty Essential Criteria: Previous account management or customer success experience in creative industries Willingness to learn our product inside-out and keep up with industry trends Strong communication skills - able to explain clearly and listen actively Self-motivation and the ability to work independently without losing touch with the team A proactive problem-solving mindset -spotting opportunities before they're obvious Comfort using modern SaaS tools (CRM project management video calls etc.) Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence A steady head under pressure and an approachable manner Salary / Benefits: 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing with service Extra time off between Christmas and New Year (no leave required) Private health care (including optical & dental) Pension scheme Remote working (NI-based with occasional meetups) Social days and events Annual training allowance £32000 - £35000 basic INDCG |
