We are now looking for a growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to help us continue to scale strengthen our brand and build a marketing engine that consistently drives new business. Position Overview: The CMO will be a strategic partner to firm leadership responsible for building and executing a marketing roadmap that delivers measurable growth. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives in fast-paced environments knows how to balance creativity with analytics and can turn ideas into results. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy focused on growth and client acquisition. · Build a recognizable brand presence across multiple jurisdictions and platforms. · Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO paid campaigns web optimization and social media. · Strengthen referral networks and community engagement through targeted outreach and events. · Leverage data and analytics to refine campaigns and measure ROI. · Manage vendor relationships and build out a high-performing marketing team as needed. · Serve as a thought partner to firm leadership helping shape business development strategy. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (MBA a plus). · 8+ years of marketing leadership experience preferably in professional services or growth-driven industries. · Proven track record of building marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. · Strong digital marketing expertise with a data-driven mindset. · Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills. · Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive fast-moving environment.
