We are now seeking a Mid-Level PHP Developer with strong Laravel skills to join their agile development team. Working closely with product managers designers and engineers you will help deliver high-quality features that add real value to the business. This hands-on role offers exposure to both backend and frontend development ideal for someone ready to step up in responsibility while continuing to learn and grow. Essential Skills & Experience 2–4 years of commercial PHP development experience – Laravel strongly preferred. Strong database skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL in a LAMP environment. Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js . Experience with CRM development and API integrations . Strong focus on writing secure scalable and maintainable code. Experience working with GIT or other source control tools. Proven experience in test automation . Ability to set up and develop within containerised environments (Docker). Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Desirable Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines . Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience integrating with Azure services. Role & Responsibilities In this role you will: Develop and maintain PHP applications using Laravel . Contribute to the development of bespoke CRM and web-based platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope design and deliver new features. Integrate with Azure services for storage compute and scaling. Assist in improving CI/CD and deployment processes. Write clean testable code with strong coverage. Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability.
