| Description | Job Summary Role : Informatica MDM Technical and Functional Analyst (IDMC Platform) – Healthcare Location : Remote Experience: 10+ years Type : C2C and w2 Position Overview With proven hands-on experience implementing Informatica MDM using the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform. This role requires both technical expertise and functional knowledge to deliver end-to-end MDM solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the design development and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions using the IDMC platform for healthcare master data domains (e.g. Provider Patient Member Product Location). Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications for MDM implementation. Configure customize and optimize Informatica MDM components (Data Model Match & Merge Hierarchy Management Data Quality Business Entity Services etc.) on the IDMC platform. Develop and execute data integration workflows using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and related IDMC services. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data governance stewardship and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA). Perform data profiling cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality master data. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to MDM processes and integrations. Document solution architecture configurations and processes for knowledge transfer and ongoing support. Provide training and support to business users and data stewards on MDM processes and tools. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM implementation with at least 2 years on the Informatica IDMC platform. Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Cloud and/or On-Premise) including configuration customization and integration. Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data modeling data quality and data governance best practices. Experience with cloud-based data integration tools and technologies especially Informatica CDI. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications Informatica MDM or IDMC certification(s). Experience with other Informatica products (e.g. Data Quality Axon EDC). Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR HIPAA compliance). Experience with Agile project methodologies.
