Key Responsibilities Grow Revenue & Margin: Execute partner-specific offers creative updates and funnel tests to drive EPC AOV and conversion lift. Campaign Execution: Deploy launches bonuses contests and seasonal promos in sync with internal teams (Creative Product Tech) to boost engagement sales performance and partner loyalty. Compliance Monitoring: Audit partner activity and promotional methods to ensure compliance with guidelines T&Cs and brand tone. Performance Analysis: Deliver weekly reports and insights on affiliate activity highlighting wins gaps and next actions. Feedback Loop: Channel market and partner feedback to internal stakeholders to improve offers messaging and partner tools. Key Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or digital marketing with at least 3 years managing affiliate or channel partner programs. Proven track record in driving revenue growth through partner or affiliate networks. Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and networking skills—you enjoy pitching connecting and following through. Background in personal care health or pharmaceutical industries is a plus. Solid understanding of online sales and digital marketing channels. Skilled in partnership management and negotiation. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables vlookup trend analysis) Comfortable working across time zones and managing time independently. Willingness to travel to the U.S. or other locations for networking conferences or business needs approximately 2–3 times per year. Other Notes This role is open to remote candidates based in the US. As our core leadership team is based in Singapore some timezone crossover is essential to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration. To support this we ask for occasional availability during the following time slots depending on meeting schedules and team needs: Morning Hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Singapore Time) – up to 3 times per week as needed to collaborate with your Singapore Team which translates to 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM US Pacific Time 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM US Eastern Time Evening Hours (10:00 PM – 12:00 AM Singapore Time) – up to 2 times per week as needed which translates to: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM US Pacific Time 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM US Eastern Time These sessions are scheduled only when collaboration is required—you won’t be expected to be available every day. Monthly Check-InA scheduled 8:00 AM SGT meeting once a month which falls on the evening prior for US-based team members (5:00 PM US Pacific Time / 8:00 PM US Eastern Time). This session is dedicated for direct collaboration with our CEO and leadership team. We understand the challenges of working across time zones but given the seniority and partnership-driven nature of this role these live overlaps are essential for success. Position Summary The Education & Talent Coordinator serves as a project coordinator for assigned programs and events. The role supports the planning and execution of education and Talent programming and activities to deliver compelling relevant value to members. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of programs and events providing administrative and programmatic support for the Education and Talent team. The Education and Talent Coordinator reports directly to the Director Education & Talent works as part of a team of Education and Program Managers and collaborates across departments including Events Sales and Marketing teams among others as well as contractors and vendors to coordinate the planning and execution of assigned education programs and activities at IFPA events(virtual and in-person) talent programs and other duties as assigned.    Position Responsibilities Education and Program Planning (70%) Responsible for the coordination of various elements of general education for IFPA Signature Events and Programs(virtual and in-person) Online Learning and Talent Portfolio programs This includes coordinating:  Activities and timelines for IFPA Signature Events and Talent programs Contract and vendor/speaker management Event and program audio/visual needs Assisting with food and beverage Hotel accommodations and meeting rooms Third party contractors And other duties as assigned. Solicits analyzes bids and provides supervision for education and talent program registrants speakers contractors and temporary personnel for all aspects and stages of program logistics and planning. Coordinates event and program activities such as marketing sponsorship fulfillment event details and logistics with collaborating IFPA departments among them Marketing Sales Events and more for assigned events/programs. Maintains and coordinates information on the IFPA website Learning Management System and specific education and talent webpages including event and program schedules speaker bios and photos and other information and resources as needed. Collaborates with Finance IT and Member Services on Education and Talent portfolio program registration execution. Audits and codes vendor invoices from all assigned events and programs. Education and Program Execution (25%) Assists Education and Talent Program Managers in the execution and evaluation of general education for IFPA Events and Programs (virtual and in-person) Online Learning and Talent Portfolio programs This includes coordinating: Contractor vendor and speaker management Event and program audio/visual Hotel accommodations and meeting rooms Third party contractors And other duties as assigned. Accountable for interacting with and coordinating IFPA Member guest speaker and volunteer activities and participation in IFPA events and programs representing IFPA and event brand at high standard of customer service and event and program execution. Assists with the analysis and evaluation of all education and Talent program KPI’s and metrics for events/programs.   Professional Development (5%) Attend professional meetings workshops and seminars to expand personal and business competencies as appropriate. Actively participate in Association staff meetings committees and purpose-driven task forces as needed. Be informed and up to date on research concerning industry trends members’ needs and interests and topics relevant to role and responsibility and actively apply that knowledge in day-to-day work.   Miscellaneous Position Information Knowledge Skills & Abilities Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 1 year experience in program and event education and/or training planning.
