We are looking for enthusiastic Russian teachers or translators to help us build our interactive reader tool. This tool helps teach Russian through reading by presenting language learners with richly annotated culturally-relevant leveled passages.In this remote contract position you’ll help us improve the tools we use to develop new Russian passages by automating some of our grammar tagging. Your work will mostly involve basic translation and some identification of grammatical features (e.g. part of speech person/number/gender etc.) with the aid of our guidelines. We will also request that you attend a limited number of meetings to provide feedback and discuss the results with the rest of the team.We expect this phase of the project to involve 5-10 hours of work a week for 2-3 months.
