We’ve partnered with an incredible Fortune 500 client who needs a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with real chops to help deliver their Year End compensation cycle in addition to overseeing the implementation of salary ranges. What You’ll Be Doing This role is equal parts strategy finesse and get-it-done energy. Here’s what’s on your plate: Key Project #1: Compensation Year End Project Oversight The Client has recently implemented SuccessFactors in select countries and plans to continue the rollout over the next year. The Merit Bonus and Equity Compensation modules have already been built and preliminarily tested in the initial launch countries. They are now seeking an expert in the Compensation module and Core HR—to support the project management office (PMO) to formalize things. This role will focus on: Reviewing and enhancing the detailed project plan to ensure it can be reused annually. Working through outstanding questions the project team has and helping to solution them through discussion with the configuration/technology teams Collaborating with cross-functional teams including configuration/technology and change management/training. Ensuring the 2025 rollout countries are fully prepared for a November launch. This is not a configuration role. Instead the Client is looking for someone who can serve as the key liaison between the business and the other teams. Key Project #2: Global Salary Range Implementation The client is rolling out salary ranges within SuccessFactors. You’ll be the point person between the global Total Rewards team and the config crew ensuring the plan gets mapped tracked and delivered with precision. Quick Current State Assessment and Planning We need your expert eyes on what’s been done and what’s left. You’ll help chart a realistic effective action plan. Don’t worry we’re in this together. You’ll work alongside one of our own from Side Road Consultants. We don’t ghost our consultants. Testing and Documentation This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ll be responsible for creating and reviewing test scripts leading test efforts and documenting the journey so it can be replicated and scaled in the future. Think reusability and legacy. Issue Tracking and Resolution You’ll maintain the running list of backlog items bugs and resolutions. We love transparency and organization and so does this client. Project Management Lite While you won’t be the formal PM you’ll flex your planning muscles. Timeline management risk flagging and status tracking are all part of the senior role. SuccessFactors Comp Advice The client has other compensation projects going on so they may come to you for your expertise lens and advice. Meetings may be requested on this. Some early morning or night calls may crop up given the global footprint. So flexibility is appreciated. What You Bring to the Table · 7 to 10 plus years of deep hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Core HR (Seriously. This is not a learn on the job kind of thing.) which includes Year End compensation planning and salary ranges in SuccessFactors · Comfort managing global multi country comp cycles · Experience with testing cycles test scripts and clear documentation · Ability to coordinate with global HR Total Rewards and tech teams · Natural problem solver with a knack for issue tracking and resolution · Project ownership mentality. What You’ll Be Doing This role is equal parts strategy finesse and get-it-done energy. Here’s what’s on your plate: Key Project #1: Compensation Year End Project Oversight The Client has recently implemented SuccessFactors in select countries and plans to continue the rollout over the next year. The Merit Bonus and Equity Compensation modules have already been built and preliminarily tested in the initial launch countries. They are now seeking an expert in the Compensation module and Core HR—to support the project management office (PMO) to formalize things. This role will focus on: Reviewing and enhancing the detailed project plan to ensure it can be reused annually. Working through outstanding questions the project team has and helping to solution them through discussion with the configuration/technology teams Collaborating with cross-functional teams including configuration/technology and change management/training. Ensuring the 2025 rollout countries are fully prepared for a November launch. This is not a configuration role.
