What Success Looks LikeYour key performance indicators (KPIs) will focus on: The quality of candidates you source and present. The number of successful hires that start each month. Our Evaluation ProcessCandidates can expect the following steps: Video Submission: Submit a short video answering questions about your experience and interests. Initial Screening: A 15-minute interview with our Talent Sourcer to assess English fluency and suitability. Toggl Assessment: Complete an English and recruitment skills assessment. Technical Recruiter Interview: A detailed discussion to evaluate your skills and fit. Cultural Fit Interview: Meet with team members for the final round. Reference Check: Finalize the process with a thorough reference check. ➡ Requirements 1-2 years of experience in the recruiting field (experience in the technology field is a big plus). Superior English fluency (verbal and written). Experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches social platforms etc.) and familiarity with ATS tools.
