About the team: - The Finance Team at Crunchbase is dedicated to maintaining the company’s financial health and overseeing general accounting procedures. As an Accounting Manager you will oversee our core accounting function and lead a small team of accounting professionals. You will need to have a strong accounting background to ensure the accuracy of financial records compliance with regulations and timely reporting. As a successful Accounting Manager you will have technical expertise along with people leadership skills balancing team development with operational excellence. What you'll do: - Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite QuickBooks SAP) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
