What You’ll Do Build refactor and evolve a robust reusable library of UI components — atomic elements tokens and patterns — used throughout Text’s applications. Collaborate with designers frontend engineers and other product teams to ensure design system adoption and best practices across all squads. Review and challenge incoming requests for new components maintaining a mindset of reusability and consistency. Own and drive documentation design guidelines and developer guides to lower the entry barrier and encourage contributions from across the org. Proactively maintain test and improve the system — balancing feature development with maintenance technical debt and new requirements. Work within a collaborative low-bureaucracy environment that values ownership open feedback and pragmatic delivery. Our Tech Stack Languages & Frameworks: React (with TypeScript) and CSS.
