Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Flutter Developer to support the design development and maintenance of our mobile application across iOS and Android. You will work closely with our product design and backend teams to deliver smooth engaging and high-performing user experiences. This is an ideal role if you are early in your career eager to learn and excited to contribute to a product that impacts millions. Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and enhance mobile app features using Flutter & Dart. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma mockups into functional interfaces. Integrate APIs and work with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow. Optimize app performance and troubleshoot bugs across platforms. Write clean reusable and testable code following best practices. Participate in regular code reviews sprint planning and stand-ups. Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem advancements and suggest improvements. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in mobile development (internship or projects included). Proficiency in Flutter/Dart and understanding of cross-platform app development. Familiarity with REST APIs Firebase and third-party integrations. Basic understanding of Git/GitHub for version control. Knowledge of mobile app lifecycle debugging and performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly. Good communication and teamwork skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with animations state management (Provider Riverpod or Bloc). Exposure to deploying apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store. Understanding of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines. Interest in emotional wellbeing education or purpose-driven technology.
