The Role in Brief: Associate Director Audience Generation Partner Success Combined under the Audience Generation pillar of EAB’s Enroll360 suite of Products and Solutions the Audience Generation Partner Success Team is responsible for managing the relationships and growth of the combined Products partner base of nearly 1000 colleges and universities across North America. Partner Success Managers (PSMs) work directly with senior enrollment executives and leaders to manage the commercial and service delivery aspects of an assigned set of accounts managing contract renewals upgrades and cross-product sales while providing strategic oversight of product delivery. This hire may be based in Richmond VA or Washington D.C. this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States.
