| Description | Job Title: Remote Salesforce Developer Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team as a remote consultant. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions with a focus on Education Cloud Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring strong integration skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting and the ability to work 45 hours per/week in alignment with the Kuwait Time Zone. Key Responsibilities: Design develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. Build and configure components using Lightning (Aura/LWC) Flows and other declarative tools. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware. Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes. Follow Salesforce best practices in governance security and performance optimization. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evolving features in relevant clouds. Required Skills: 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including work with Education Cloud Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. Strong skills in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce configuration tools. Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow Process Builder and Workflow Rules. Proficiency in data migration tools like Data Loader or dataloader.io. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work effectively in a remote cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II or cloud-specific certifications). Experience working in Agile or sprint-based environments. Prior experience with higher education marketing or community engagement platforms. Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in remote work settings. |
