We’re looking for people who are curious experienced and adaptive—those who love to understand user needs enjoy taking on new challenges and want to grow in both design skill and versatility. What you’ll do here Design user experiences that make complex processes intuitive (user flows site maps storyboards) Create UI designs with both elegance and practicality especially for enterprise-scale systems Build prototypes in Figma that bring ideas to life for clients and developers Collaborate directly with clients translating needs into solutions with clarity and empathy Write clear design briefs and requirements that keep projects on track 🧩 About You You communicate clearly and proactively You’re comfortable working independently but enjoy being part of a small collaborative team (usually 3–8 people) You hold yourself accountable don’t need micromanagement and genuinely care about your work You’ve got 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience You’re fluent in English (written and spoken) 🤩 Bonus Skills While UX/UI is the focus additional skills are always a plus. Video editing illustration pitch deck creation working with AI or any creative problem-solving tools you bring to the table are welcome. Our projects sometimes call for a “whatever it takes” mindset to keep clients happy so flexibility and curiosity go a long way here. 🌍 Remote-First and Human-First We’re remote-only and remote-native. We trust you to manage your own time and schedule your deep work. We also value work/life balance—our project planning and expectations are realistic and we never expect more than 40 hours a week. We are looking for long-term contractors (1099 or company-to-company) generally available 30–40 hours per week with some overlap to U.S. time zones for communication. Pay range: $30–$40 USD/hourLocation: Worldwide with U.S. timezone overlapStart date: Flexible 🧪 How We Hire We believe in evaluating real skills not just résumés. As part of our process we’ll invite you to complete a short design challenge. This will involve submitting a single PDF that includes examples from your portfolio along with some brief analysis of your work. The exercise is asynchronousand you’ll have one week to complete it.
