DescriptionJob Title: Remote Customer Service Representative Company: CME4Life Location: Remote Work from Home Position Type: Part-Time (4-Day Work Week) Position Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at CME4Life you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing customer orders answering phones responding to inquiries via phone email and Birdeye and assisting with event registrations. This role requires exceptional communication skills attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Order Processing Accurately process customer orders with timeliness and attention to detail. Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies promptly. Phone Support Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide product/service information address inquiries and resolve concerns. Email and Birdeye Communication Respond to customer emails and messages quickly and effectively. Use Birdeye to manage customer feedback and online reviews ensuring a positive brand presence. Event Registration Assist customers with event registration processes including answering questions and troubleshooting issues. Ensure registrations are processed accurately and promptly using Event Espresso and related systems. Collaboration & Tools Maintain records of interactions in Zoho CRM. Use WordPress Event Espresso Google Suite Microsoft Office/Excel Zoom Grasshopper Dropbox and Birdeye as part of daily workflow. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (call center experience a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly customer-focused attitude. Proficiency with computer systems and software including Google Suite Microsoft Excel WordPress Event Espresso Zoho CRM Birdeye Grasshopper Dropbox and Zoom (or willingness to learn quickly). Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy in order processing and data entry. Detail-oriented with a high degree of reliability. Bilingual/multilingual skills a plus. Schedule Part-time remote position. 4-Day Work Week: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Hours may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand.
