As we continue to scale we are expanding our concierge offering with a sales-driven profit-focused role designed to elevate client service and drive revenue growth.   Introduction: The Concierge III – Sales and VIP Specialist role combines high-touch client care with a strong focus on sales and profitability. Building upon the service foundation of Concierge II this position emphasizes closing premium bookings maximizing margins and serving as a trusted partner for VIP clients. With the support of a world-class backend operations team you will concentrate on relationship-building sales execution and delivering exceptional travel experiences. The role includes uncapped earning potential through a tiered gross profit commission structure starting at 5% and scaling up to 10% in addition to a monthly salary draw Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Luxury Travel Support Convert high-value inbound leads into premium bookings with average air ticket sizes of ~$4500 and ~30% margins. Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients handling urgent travel needs itinerary changes and emergencies with care and professionalism. Deliver a consultative luxury sales experience while ensuring high retention and repeat business. Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive gross profit.   Operations & Collaboration Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive gross profit. Support billing payment processing and finance coordination as needed.   Process Improvement & Brand Development Improve workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Develop and share best practices documentation and training to strengthen team performance and increase gross margin outcomes.   Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in luxury travel sales high-ticket concierge services or enterprise-level client services. Skills: Strong communication consultative sales negotiation and margin awareness. Traits: Results-driven proactive and resilient with high integrity and the ability to thrive in a 24/7 high-pressure environment.   Preferred GDS knowledge (Sabre Amadeus). Existing high-level client portfolio or agency partnerships. Experience with UHNW individuals family offices or premium travel services. Startup or high-growth company experience.   Metrics for Success Growth in gross profit per booking and margin performance. Lead conversion rates and effectiveness in client “saves” and “wins.” Reduced ramp time for new hires and improved team efficiency.
