Description | Revenue Operations Manager About The Role Kuali is looking for a data-driven systems-oriented team member to join as our Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager. You’ll oversee the tooling reporting and processes that power our go-to-market teams helping Sales Marketing and Customer Success move faster and smarter. You’ll report to the VP of Sales and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing Customer Success and Finance to ensure clean data clear reporting and streamlined processes from lead to renewal. What you’ll be responsible for Systems & Tooling Own day-to-day administration and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce) and key GTM tools (HubSpot ChurnZero Fathom etc) Administer and optimize marketing analytics tools such as Semrush Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and ad platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Maintain user access data integrity field configurations and automations Evaluate and implement new tooling as needed Act as the internal expert and trainer for system workflows and documentation Investigate and implement AI capability across our workflows Process & Enablement Integrate tools and process guidance into onboarding and ongoing training Help onboard new GTM team members by providing access training and guidance on systems and workflows Reporting & Analytics Document and measure conversion rates across marketing sales and customer success by improving our data capture and accuracy Implement and maintain multi-touch attribution across channels to give clear visibility into marketing’s influence on pipeline and revenue Ensure consistency and accuracy in UTMs channel tracking and customer journey mapping across platforms Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for Sales CS and Marketing leaders Track KPIs such as pipeline health conversion rates customer retention and campaign performance Ensure leadership has timely trustworthy data to guide decisions and forecasting Proactively identify and surface insights that highlight risks and opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with all GTM functions on matters relating to revenue data management Partner with Marketing on lead scoring attribution and campaign ROI analysis Align with Customer Success on expansion renewal and usage metrics Act as the connective tissue between GTM functions to ensure seamless execution About you: You love AI and want to help GTM teams effectively leverage it You’ve worked hands-on with tools like Google Analytics Semrush and paid ad platforms to help Marketing connect the dots between campaigns and revenue You’re deeply organized with an eye for spotting inefficiencies and a drive to fix them You have a systems mindset and understand how tools data and people intersect You’re comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities across functions You can work independently but thrive in a highly collaborative environment You love turning raw data into clear insights and helping others make better decisions You’re excited to shape how RevOps supports scalable predictable growth at Kuali Experience with tools like Salesforce HubSpot and Google Workspace We’d be delighted if you bring experience with: Experience supporting a SaaS sales team or working in higher education markets Understanding of lead lifecycle management and multi-touch attribution modeling Previous ownership of commission operations or forecasting models Experience with bowtie model from Winning by Design Understanding of ABM strategy and support tooling Experience with BI tools like Looker or Quicksight Experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud Architecture Perks Top-of-the-line equipment of your choice to get your job done A truly exceptional benefits package including full premium coverage for employee and dependent medical and dental care 401(k) matching Paid Maternity/Parental leave 4 Day work week!
