Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics established by the company. Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during the grading process to the appropriate channels. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to phone assessments. Qualifications: Proficiency in using smartphone applications and technology-driven platforms. Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly discern nuances in phone conditions. Ability to work in shifts including evenings nights weekends and holidays as required. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable device for remote work.
