We need a Client Success Manager who wants to make a real impact by helping our clients succeed. This isn't construction or landscaping work - it's all about client relationships and digital marketing. The Role You'll be the go-to person for 30-40 home service clients once you're up to speed. Handle onboarding coach clients on marketing and keep their Facebook and Instagram campaigns running smoothly. Your success depends on theirs - more like a partnership than just doing a job. Home services experience is great but not required. If you get along with business owners and can talk their language you'll do well here. What You'll Do Handle 30-40 client accounts once trained up Get new clients started and their campaigns live Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with clients Answer client messages within 3 hours (WhatsApp mostly) Make complicated stuff simple for clients Fix problems fast Help with strategy and next steps Work with our media buyers and other team members Send performance updates through Loom videos or texts Find opportunities to grow accounts Get testimonials and referrals Keep track of how clients are doing What We Want Account management client success or hospitality background Great at talking to people and writing Confident but understanding with clients Organized and motivated Some digital marketing knowledge helps (Facebook ads especially) Can break down complex stuff into simple terms Fluent English solid writing Bonus points for construction/landscaping background Why Work Here?
