Having scaled from pilots into manufacturing they are now ready to build plants and fully commercialise this game-changing innovation. To support this next phase of growth they are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – initially on a 6-month consulting basis with potential to transition into a permanent role. The Role Shape and drive the commercial strategy for supply chain integration and sales. Act as both commercial leader and strategic advisor to the CEO/COO. Build partnerships across the supply chain ensuring operational and technical requirements are met. Lead sales into the market translating technical strengths into clear commercial value. Potential to step into a permanent C-suite role following the consulting period. The Ideal Candidate Technical degree in Textile Engineering Fibre Technology or similar. Career path starting in technical/R&D and progressing into commercial leadership (e.g. Sales Director). Experience in fibre or yarn manufacturing (synthetic or plant-based) or with a yarn spinning company. Deep understanding of textile supply chains and customer requirements. Strong commercial track record selling fibres or yarn into the value chain. Europe-based remote working.
