The Role We’re seeking a Director of Operations to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines firm-wide operations leadership with team management. You’ll oversee one of our client accounting teams - managing several accountants with individual client portfolios while also driving firm-wide operations process improvements and leadership initiatives. You’ll need to be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to review and deliver accounting work coaching and mentoring your team and working with leadership to improve how the entire firm operates.
